Fuzati is seeking a Communications Director to work in a mission-driven marketing and technology firm that has a special focus on faith-based clients. The ideal candidate will be a driven individual who is versed in the best practices of marketing and sales copy across a variety of mediums as well as experienced in communicating the Catholic faith. This individual will lead a team of writers and work closely with designers, developers, strategists, and product managers to assure the effective and optimum performance of all projects.

What You Can Expect to Do:

• Lead content strategy for a team of writers
• Create traffic driven campaigns such as product sales, lead generation, including, but not limited to advertising, lead pages, nurture sequences, and remarketing emails
• Collaborate on websites, including site maps, compelling homepage structure, and effective content
• Advertising in a variety of formats, including Facebook, Google, and more.
• Brand development and identity, including taglines, mission statements, brand guidelines, and brand storytelling
• Public relations, both in the Catholic and secular space
• Print/Digital assets, including ebooks, posters, brochures, flyers, and more
• Copyediting and ghostwriting

Requirements:

• 3+ years of direct experience with websites, apps, and other digital products
• A passion for and knowledge of online marketing and technology trends
• Leading and editing a copywriting teams’ work
• A portfolio of work demonstrating experience across different projects and campaigns
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing or similar
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
• Excellent presentation software and presentation skills

Marketing Manager

We are seeking a marketing coordinator to join our team of Catholic marketers motivated to serve our clients share their missions with wider audiences. Marketing Coordinators will work within the Client Services department, liasoning with clients to best assess their needs and coordinating project deliverables such as advertisements, lead generation campaigns, websites, apps, print materials and more.  This position is a great fit for a detail oriented, team player, who is interested in increasing their marketing knowledge and skillset.

• Implement the strategy and setup of all paid campaigns.
• Measure and optimize our paid marketing using vendor-specific dashboards and marketing analytics reports.
• Research and test partnerships with new vendors to expand our reach and/or lower our cost-per-acquisition.
• Collaborate with marketing colleagues to maintain a consistent brand voice and message across all paid programs.
• Guide copywriters and designers to craft landing pages and lead generation forms for our content to distribute through relevant digital channels.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and potential new channels and strategies to keep us ahead, including updates to social media marketing, attribution, and programmatic media buying.

Requirements:

BA/BS or equivalent working experience.
In-depth knowledge and campaign execution of the various paid marketing channels and technologies, including paid search (Google AdWords), retargeting, social network advertising (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, YouTube and more), Retargeting Platforms, and content distribution and placement networks.
Excellent communicator with the ability to sell and convince. You will connect with clients as well as manage relationships with vendors and ensure we get the most efficient cost possible.
Experience handling marketing budgets and forecasting/reporting results.

Graphic Designer


Cleveland, OH: Full-time

Fuzati is looking for an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer to join our team! Qualified candidates must have a strong understanding of current industry trends and best practices for both print and digital pieces. Applicant should be a creative problem solver, detail oriented, team player and have excellent communications skills as well as the ability to work on deadline. If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with, and assist senior creative team members on, both small and large scale initiatives
  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across a wide variety of media
  • Present materials that effectively communicate design concepts to senior level positions
  • Execute on work orders, including emails, site design and asset development; logo/branding design, misc. collateral and print; landing page and social media asset design; and presentation design
  • Ability to follow design templates (print and digital)
  • Deliver high quality design solutions at any budget
  • Assist with digital and print production of approved design work

Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS and responsive web design
  • Experience designing and building sites in Wordpress
  • Demonstrate solid design skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, branding
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize activities, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Organized, process and detail oriented
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred / Equivalent experience will be considered
  • Solid understanding of the Catholic audience a plus
