Marketing Coordinator


Fuzati is searching for a highly-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our staff as a full-time employee. This position is perfect for anyone entering the workforce and desiring to build a career in the field of marketing/advertising.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the scheduling/sending of all client email marketing campaigns
  • Assist in the setup of client advertising campaigns, including:
    • Soliciting insertion orders from advertisers
    • Social media advertising campaign set-up
  • Assist in posting content on Facebook on behalf of clients
  • Assist in the setup and facilitation of webinars
  • Generate weekly reports for each client
  • Assist in data mining/collection of projects
  • Manage the setup of tasks and task templates in TeamWork, the project management system used by Client Services
  • Special projects, as needed

  • Basic knowledge of MailChimp, Constant Contact and/or other email marketing programs

Preferred Education:
– Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in business, communications, or a similar field

Job Location and Hours:
– Cypress, TX
– 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday

Compensation and Benefits:
– $35,000 starting salary, with the opportunity for year-end bonuses based on performance
– Health insurance through Texas BlueCross BlueShield PPO (company covers half, employee covers half)

Junior Graphic Designer


Fuzati is a fast-growing marketing agency, quickly making a name for ourselves in the faith-based (Catholic/Christian) marketplace. Our goal is to serve the missions of clients by expanding their reach through strategic marketing, design, and websites. The Creatives department supports this goal by relying on knowledge of design best practices, creativity, and love for the faith.

Job Description:

Qualified candidates will have a strong passion for design and be familiar with current design trends as well as best practices for both print and digital pieces. Applicant should be a creative problem solver, detail oriented, team player and have excellent communications skills as well as the ability to work on deadline. If you enjoy working in a creative, fast-paced environment, then we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work collaboratively with, and assist senior creative team members on, both small and large scale initiatives
  • Understand and adhere to brand guidelines to maintain consistency across a wide variety of media
  • Present materials that effectively communicate design concepts to senior level positions
  • Execute on work orders, including emails, site design and asset development; logo/branding design, misc. collateral and print; landing page and social media asset design; and presentation design
  • Ability to follow design templates (print and digital)
  • Deliver high quality design solutions at any budget
  • Assist with digital and print production of approved design work

Skills & Qualifications:

  • BFA in Graphic Design preferred, but not necessary if experience and portfolio warrant
  • Experience: 1-3 years working in a creative environment
  • Proficiency in working with Adobe Creative Suite
  • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and Responsive web design
  • Demonstrate solid design skills in typography, layout, hierarchy, branding
  • Good communication skills, verbal and written as well as listening well
  • Ability to work independently and within a team environment
  • Working knowledge of WordPress’s Page Builder a plus
  • Exceptional time management skills to prioritize activities, meet production deadline, and to handle multiple and competing work priorities simultaneously
  • High attention to detail to review work product against guidelines for accuracy
  • Strong understanding of the Catholic audience is a plus
